ORLANDO, FL—JLL reports that former Taylor & Mathis director Darryl Hoffman has joined its office here as vice president.
Hoffman will work with JLL managing director John Gilbert and vice president Natalee Gleiter to continue to grow the firm's office agency leasing practice in Central Florida. He officially joined the JLL Orlando office on Monday.
Before joining JLL, Hoffman served as director at Taylor & Mathis in its Central Florida division, specializing in tenant representation and office leasing and sales. He represented more than 1 million square feet of Class A office space.
Prior to his stint at Taylor & Mathis, he was an associate at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank in Washington, D.C. for more than four years where he specialized in working with technology firms, law firms and non-profit organizations. He has also performed work for many of Florida's largest and most active property owners including American Real Estate Partners, Banyan Street Capital and Parkway Properties.
“Darryl is an excellent addition to our office agency leasing team in Orlando. His brokerage experience and market knowledge will make him a valuable asset as we continue to expand our presence in the Central Florida market this year,” says JLL Doug Irmscher, Florida market director.
