DALLAS–Crow Holdings Industrial (CHI), the industrial development affiliate of Dallas-based Crow Holdings, has recently broke ground on Wildlife Commerce Park's second building, Wildlife 2, a 345,000-square-foot divisible class A cross-dock warehouse in the 220-acre business park in Grand Prairie.
“Tenants have been drawn to the modern amenities and excellent location that Wildlife Commerce Park offers,” Will Mundinger III, founding partner of Crow Holdings Industrial, told GlobeSt.com. “After fully leasing Wildlife 1 prior to completion, we are moving forward with Wildlife 2 to capitalize on the strong interest from potential users.”
The park's first building, a 315,000-square-foot class A warehouse, broke ground in March 2014 and is 100 percent leased with an expected first-quarter completion date. Milgard Manufacturing, AT&T/Southwestern Bell Telephone Co. and Millennium Packaging will begin leases shortly.
When completed, Wildlife Commerce Park will be home to 2.8 million square feet of industrial space in nine buildings. An alternative plan allows for a 1.7 million square-foot warehouse, which is among the largest available warehouse sites in the Metroplex. The completed business park will feature a 100-acre lake, upgraded interior roadways and infrastructure, all of which will be constructed by CHI. Phase II of Wildlife Commerce Park is a 58-acre site being marketed for retail development. In addition to CHI, O'Brien Architects, Halff Associates, Pritchard Associates, RPMx Construction, TBG Partners and Ridgemont Construction are working on the project.
