BEVERLY HILLS, CA—ETCO Homes has delivered the first phase of 460 Palm, a luxury condo development in Beverly Hills. The 35-unit complex features single-level condos and penthouses priced between $1.9 million and $4.5 million. The full complex will be complete in the spring of this year.

The condo development has a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom apartment homes, ranging in size from 2,114 to 3,643-square-feet. Each unit features floor-to-ceiling windows, disappearing sliding glass doors for indoor-outdoor living, direct elevator access, hardwood flooring and open floor plans. The penthouse apartments additionally have elevator access to private rooftop decks. The property boasts doorman service, a fitness center and lounges along with lush landscaping and outdoor verandas. Bucilla Group Architecture crafted the overall design, while San Diego-based Design Line Interiors designed the interior units.

The completion of the first phase also marks the launch of marketing efforts for the units. The units are listed on MLS under the codes 15-823987, 15-824029 and 15-824035. While offers are currently being accepted, occupancy will begin when the complex is fully complete in the spring of this year. ETCO Homes did not respond to a request for comment.

This development illustrates a growing trend in the luxury market for everything from multifamily living to hotels. Luxury has definitely made a full comeback. Other developers, including Empire Property Group, are finding luxury development opportunities in L.A.'s most coveted neighborhoods, as well.
