WASHINGTON, DC—The Association of American Medical Colleges has sold the second of its former West End headquarters buildings for approximately $27.3 million.
The 81,000-square-foot office building at 2450 N St. NW traded for approximately $336-per-square-foot to a private investor. Investor PRP LLC earlier acquired AAMC's other West End headquarters building at 2501 M St. NW for $31.6 million, according to JM Zell Partners CEO Jeff Zell, who represented AAMC in both headquarters transactions.
The Association of American Medical Colleges relocated last June to its new nearly 290,000-square-foot headquarters in Mount Vernon at 655 K St. See story in the Washington Business Journal.
