FAIRFAX, VA—Inova Health System has entered into an agreement to lease ExxonMobil's Fairfax complex at 3225 Gallows Rd.—a 117-acre campus that includes 1.2 million square feet of office space. The spread is located next to Inova's flagship hospital at 3300 Gallows Rd., and the company plans to move into the space later this year.

DTZ had been tapped by ExxonMobil in 2013 to market the property. The Inova lease "not only proved to be the best outcome for both ExxonMobil and Inova, but it's also tremendously beneficial for the Fairfax County community and its growing, evolving healthcare needs," DTZ Vice Chairman Paul Collins says in a prepared statement.

Kurt Haglund, Harry Klaff, Chris Bynum and Steve Ranck from JLL represented Inova in the deal. Inova's Translational Medicine Institute and the Inova Comprehensive Cancer and Research Institute will anchor the site.
