WASHINGTON, DC—Delta Associates executive vice president Alexander “Sandy” Paul is reportedly leaving the agency after more than 13 years to join Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.

Paul notified colleagues in an email that he was leaving Delta Associates to join Newmark as managing director of national market research, according to the Washington Business Journal.

His departure from the consulting firm comes one week after Delta founder Greg Leisch announced he was stepping down after 35 years. Newmark has been expanding its DC operations of late, recently adding tenant representatives Pat Marr and Sally Wilson. See story in the Washington Business Journal.
