FORT MYERS, FL—Locally based McGarvey Development has sold its Eastlinks I office building in Eastlinks Business Park to St. Louis-based Elm Tree Capital.

The property at 12641 Corporate Lakes Drive, Eastlinks I is a 57,260 square foot, high-end office building currently leased to Comcast on a new, 10-year triple net lease. Brokerage firm DTZ announced the sales deal. DTZ senior vice president Ed Wlodarczyk and vice president Joe Capra successfully marketed the property on behalf of McGarvey Development.

No financial terms of the transaction were released.

Built in 2007, the property serves as a regional training and call center for Comcast's southeastern operations, and also houses administrative, customer service, sales and marketing functions. The 46-acre Eastlinks Business Park is comprised of six buildings at the intersection of Daniels Parkway and Gateway Boulevard in South Fort Myers.
