CRYSTAL CITY, VA—The General Services Administration has awarded a lease valued at $130 million to an affiliate of Vornado Realty Trust of Paramus, NJ for the U.S. Marshall's Service at its Crystal Gateway office complex here.

The GSA deal, for the Department of Justice that oversees the U.S. Marshall's Service, calls for the Marshall's Service to occupy approximately 371,000 square feet of space at 1215 S. Clark St., according to the Washington Business Journal.

The lease would consolidate the Marshall's Service's operations that are currently housed in a number of area buildings.

The agency is expected to move into its new space, formerly occupied by Boeing, in the summer of 2016. Boeing, which had leased most of the 352,886-square-foot building, relocated to offices owned by Monument Realty near the Pentagon. See story in the Washington Business Journal.
