NEW YORK CITY—L&L Holding Co. has promoted Sara Fay to senior marketing director. In her new role she will oversee all corporate marketing and leasing campaigns for L&L's six-million-square-foot real estate portfolio.
Previously at L&L, Fay worked primarily to develop marketing initiatives for two of L&L's highest profile ground-up development projects—425 Park Ave. and 390 Madison Ave. She joined the company last year after serving as a member of Boston Properties' New York City leasing team.
“Sara's initiative, creativity, work ethic and spirit of collaboration represent the values we aspire to as a company,” states L&L chairman and CEO David Levinson. “We congratulate her on her past achievements and look forward to her many contributions as we continue to grow and expand”.
At Boston Properties she oversaw the marketing, branding and leasing of its new developments at 250 West 55th St. and 510 Madison Ave. Earlier in her career, Fay worked in property management, overseeing tenant relations at 280 Park Ave., a 1.2-million-square-foot Class A Manhattan office building.
She is a graduate of Rollins College and received an MBA with a concentration in marketing from Fordham University. She is co-chair of the young alumni for Rollins College, a member of Urban Land Institute and a member of New York Private Equity Network.
