MENLO PARK, CA—Tarlton Properties says Personalis Inc., a leading genomics-based clinical diagnostic laboratory, has signed a 66-month lease for more than 31,000 square feet at Menlo Business Park here. Personalis will occupy the entire building at 1330 O'Brien Drive. and the second floor at 1360 O'Brien Drive.
Personalis provides researchers and clinicians accurate DNA sequencing and interpretation of human exomes and genomes. The company operates a CLIA Licensed and CAP Accredited diagnostic laboratory and provides advanced research services for inherited disease and cancer. Personalis recently completed a $33 million Series C financing round. Lightspeed Venture Partners led the round, bringing the company's total venture capital raised to date to $75 million.

The Personalis lease comes on the heels of an 18,000-square-foot long-term lease and expansion by Intersect ENT, another growing life sciences company, at 1555 Adams Drive in Menlo Business Park.
