Retail Advisors Joins JLL's Florida Retail Brokerage

TAMPA, FL—Brokerage firm JLL reports that in response to increased retail demand here and in South Florida the firm has expanded its retail brokerage services with the addition of The Retail Advisors of St. Petersburg.

The Retail Advisors founder, Andrew D. Carlson CRX/CSM/CLS, joins the firm as a vice president. Drew Carlson and Vanessa Perez join JLL as associates. Together, the team brings 30 years of real estate management and leasing experience to JLL. The three are charged with building the firm's retail platform in Tampa, and developing its South Florida tenant representation capabilities, JLL states.

The Retail Advisors bring an extensive list of tenant relationships to JLL, including, RUE 21, Bright Now Dental, Shoe Carnival, El Meson, Valija, and Lucky Me in Florida, and Men's Warehouse, Michaels, Gap, Outback Steakhouse, Pier 1 Imports, Nordstrom Rack and Shoe Carnival in Puerto Rico.
