MOUNT ARLINGTON, NJ–Woodmont Properties has broken ground on the $60 million Woodmont West at Mount Arlington luxury apartment community in Morris County, NJ.
The 55-acre luxury community will offer 300 one- and two-bedroom residences, some featuring dens or lofts. The community amenities will include a clubhouse with a strength center, cardio center, game room, swimming pool, whirlpool, barbeque area, walking paths, sports court, library, business center, party room, theater, pet grooming center, private garages and an indoor golf center with a driving range and putting green.
