PALO ALTO, CA—CBRE recently hired six new professionals in its Foster City and Palo Alto offices. David Black, Jason Cranston and Marshall Hydorn have joined the company's Foster City office as senior vice presidents in its Industrial Services Group. Additionally, Patrick Reilly has joined the Foster City office in Office Services as first vice president, and Mina Mohamadi has joined CBRE's Palo Alto office in Office Services, along with Jacqueline Almonacid in project management. CBRE has a strong commitment to growth and continues to strengthen their presence in the market.
“Palo Alto and the San Francisco Peninsula are among the fastest growing markets in the country,” said Todd Husak, managing director, CBRE Palo Alto and Foster City. “We are focused on making strategic hires in order to stay ahead of the growth and continue to deliver outstanding results to our clients.”
Black, Cranston and Hydorn joined CBRE from the DTZ Burlingame office and as a team bring more than 75 years of commercial real estate experience. They have become the industrial market leaders and represent some of the largest tenants and landlords throughout the greater Bay Area.
Reilly has 10 years of real estate brokerage experience and recently joined from Cornish & Carey Newmark Knight Frank. He is focused on the San Francisco Peninsula and Palo Alto office markets, working with both landlords and tenants. Reilly has worked with major clients in the leasing and selling of assets throughout the Bay Area.
Mohamadi is working as a tenant specialist with a focus on the Palo Alto market. She brings two years of experience from Cushman and Wakefield where she worked as a member of the Salesforce team in San Francisco. Mohamadi was an excellent college athlete at UC Davis.
Almonacid is originally from Chile, and moved to the United States 17 years ago. She brings more than 16 years of field construction experience managing highly technical projects from estimating and pre-construction through closeout in the United States and overseas. Almonacid is currently involved with the UCSF project but will be focusing on driving the project management business in Palo Alto as she teams with CBRE brokers in that area.
The combined strength of these new hires bolsters CBRE's presence in the Peninsula and Palo Alto markets and continues the diversification of services in order to deliver the best possible outcomes for its clients in all phases of a real estate transaction.
