SECAUCUS, NJ–Global real estate investment banking firm The Carlton Group is shelling out $64 million to acquire the Plaza at Harmon Meadow, a multi-building, 217,613-square-foot retail/office property located at 650 & 700 Plaza Drive in Secaucus, NJ. It's part of Hartz Mountain's continuing divestiture of office and retail assets.
