C&W Hires Five in Frankfurt

 FRANKFURT, Germany—Cushman & Wakefield has bolstered its presence in Germany with the recruitment of five leading office agency professionals here. Marco Mallucci, Bastian Jourdan, Frederik Schmidt-Wankel, Fabian Kupczyk and Jonas Kildau have resigned from Savills to join C&W's office agency team in Frankfurt effective June 1.

Mallucci will join Cushman & Wakefield as partner and the new head of office agency in Frankfurt and will be responsible for spearheading the growth of the team.

These appointments are aligned with Cushman & Wakefield's global strategy of investing in key foundation cities around the world to notably enhance market share across all service lines, the firm says.  With an ever-increasing demand for offices in Frankfurt, the team will bring its experience to Cushman & Wakefield as it looks to significantly expand its office leasing practice in the coming months.

With 20 years' office agency experience in Frankfurt, Marco Mallucci began his career at Knight Frank in 1996 before moving to Catella, where he became the head of office agency in 2000.  At Savills he was a director of office agency since 2005, promoted to regional director in 2011 and was also a member the management board. 

Both individually and collectively, the new team's intimate familiarity with the Frankfurt office market is based on a wealth of hands-on experience. The long-established and well-practiced team has gained an excellent reputation, which extends far beyond the local market.
