PHOENIX—X Team International announced that partner Velocity Retail Group, based in Phoenix, represented Mattress Firm on three different leases throughout the state of Arizona. Velocity Retail Group executive vice president Darren Pitts made the announcement.
Pitts and Velocity Retail Group vice president Michael Clark represented Mattress Firm on the leases, which included a 7,000-square-foot location at Emerald Center in Tempe; 3,500-square-foot location in the Silverstone Marketplace in Scottsdale; and, a 3,800-square-foot location in Mesa.
“In addition to expanding individual retail stores, Mattress Firm is also purchasing competitors as they expand their market share and footprint throughout the United States,” says Pitts. “Our team has enjoyed many years of working with Mattress Firm and their real estate team and look forward to assisting in their continued growth in Arizona.”
