Rosemont Signs Two at 9400 NCX

DALLAS--Rosemont Realty LLC has signed two local tenants to leases at 9400 NCX for a combined 11,621 square feet.

“We've seen more than double the activity at 9400 NCX in the past three months than we experienced last year,” Kirby White, Rosemont Realty's managing director of leasing for North Texas, told GlobeSt.com. “The velocity of property tours has at least doubled and we're now seeing interest by both small and large tenants.”

Camden Homes and Insurance Designers of Dallas each have committed to new leases for their respective headquarters at the 9400 NCX building, located at 9400 N. Central Expressway in Dallas. Camden Homes has consolidated three locations into the new 8,065-square-foot office space. Insurance Designers of Dallas has secured 3,556 square feet.

White and Rosemont leasing associate Natasha Khan represented Rosemont in both transactions. Stephen Holley with Jones Lang LaSalle represented the Insurance Designers of Dallas in the transaction.

“There is more deal-flow now because prices have gone up over the past 18 months in a few key markets that are not that far away, including Uptown and Preston Center,” says White. “That is driving more interest in the North Central area.”

The 16-story, 387,160-square-foot 9400 NCX building is currently undergoing a lobby and conference center renovation, to be completed this summer. Other tenants include TPN, Borden Dairy and Smith, Jackson, Boyer & Bovard PLLC, among others.

Currently, 9400 NCX has a block of approximately 100,000 square feet of high-rise space available with crown signage available for an anchor tenant, says White.

“The 9400 NCX building is a good value for a good building that is undergoing some enhancements in the lobby and part of the exterior,” he says.

Santa Fe, N.M-based Rosemont Realty owns four properties representing 1.2 million square feet in the greater Dallas area, including Amber Trail, 8080 NCX, 9400 NCX and The Summit at Las Colinas.
