NEW YORK CITY—George Comfort & Sons has been appointed leasing and managing agent for 757 Third Ave., the 503,000-square-foot Class A Midtown office tower that was acquired last month by Bentall Kennedy on behalf of Multi-Employer Property Trust. The property previously was owned by RFR Realty.

“We are delighted to add this prestigious Grand Central district office building to our portfolio,” says George Comfort president and CEO Peter Duncan. Other Manhattan properties managed by the Comfort firm include Worldwide Plaza, 200 Madison Ave., 498 Seventh Ave., 307 W. 38th St. and 2 Wall Street.

The 27-story tower recently underwent an extensive modernization, highlighted by the installation of energy-efficient systems and a new lobby.

According to Comfort EVP Matt Coudert, a few tower floor suites of 5,000 to 7,000 square feet will be available later this year. The building's retail space is under long-term lease to Starbucks, Pret A Manger and CVS.
