HOUSTON—NAI Partners has seen a flurry of leasing activity in the last week, in addition to being awarded property management services at 4101 Interwood.
On behalf of First Guardian Group Inc., the firm will now manage the two-story 80,007-square-foot building near the intersection of Sam Houston Parkway and JFK Boulevard, nearby George Bush Intercontinental Airport.
“NAI Partners is excited to be working with FGG Inc. on 4101 Interwood, which happens to be their first Houston-based asset,” James P. Tainter, senior vice president of management services for NAI Partners, told GlobeSt.com. “We look forward to expanding the relationship more here in the Houston, San Antonio and Austin markets.”

- NAI Partners represented Clay Development & Construction in leasing 15,000 square feet of new industrial space on 1.4 acres of land at the Stafford Business Park located at 13310 Pike Road in Stafford, southwest of downtown Houston. John Ferruzzo and Darren O'Conor represented the landlord; Ryan Wasaff with Welcome Group represented the tenant, Lisega Inc. during the lease negotiations.
- The firm represented Bart Industries LP in leasing 30,000 square feet of new industrial space located at 1605-A Genoa Red Bluff in Pasadena. Ferruzzo and Chris Kugle represented the landlord; Leigh Anne Ahr of Proximity Real Estate Advisors represented the tenant, WLSC Incopro LLC, during the negotiations.
- The firm represented GLP in renewing the lease of 57,058 square feet of industrial space located at 7330 Neuhaus in Houston. Ed Band, Jon Michael and Jake Wilkinson represented the landlord; Jim Cummins of Transwestern represented the tenant, Shaw Alloy Piping Products, during the negotiations.
- The firm also represented GLP in a separate lease transaction of 14,350 square feet of industrial space located at 4647 Pine Timbers in Houston. Band and Michael represented the landlord; Steven O'Conor of Southwest Realty Advisors represented the tenant, Gobiidirect Inc., during the lease negotiations.
