DALLAS—Chicago-based Origin Capital Partners has retained Stream Realty Partners as the exclusive leasing and management company for Custer Court, a 121,598-square-foot office building located at 501 W. President George Bush Highway in Richardson.
Ryan Evanich, vice president, and Matt Wieser, managing director of Stream's office division in Dallas will represent leasing for Origin.
“The location of Custer Court, the quality of the infrastructure and parking ratio position the building for continued success as the far North Dallas market attracts new tenants,” Wieser told GlobeSt.com.
The three-story class A office building was built in 2001, and is located just west of the Telecom Corridor in Richardson.
