WHITE PLAINS—Craig Ruoff, a 25-year veteran of the suburban New York City office market, has joined Cushman & Wakefield as a senior director with its White Plains office team here.

Prior to joining C&W, Ruoff was an associate broker at Rakow Commercial Realty Group. There he specialized in tenant and landlord representation throughout the tri-state area. He joined Rakow after 13 years as an associate broker at the Wagner Group and, prior to that, he served one year as a salesperson for William Pitt Commercial Real Estate in Stamford, CT.

“We're very pleased to welcome Craig to Cushman & Wakefield,” says C&W's Fairfield/Westchester County Market Leader Jim Fagan. “He is the consummate professional and well respected by tenants and landlords throughout the region. His depth of local knowledge and proven ability with both tenants and landlords is in perfect alignment with Cushman & Wakefield's client-centric service model.”

Among his many professional honors, Ruoff was named one of Westchester County's “40 Under 40 Rising Stars” by the Business Council of Westchester. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Child Care Council of Westchester.
