NEW YORK CITY—As an addition to its team of young talent in the industry, Colliers International has taken on Hubert R. “Reggie” Wills, III as associate director.
The addition of Wills adds to Colliers growing diversity program. Once in his position, he will work on the team of executive managing director, Eric Yarbro.
Most recently, Wills served as senior associate at DTZ. At Colliers, he will be focusing on a wide range of collaborative activities, including outreach to the technology, advertising, media and information services sector, with a focus on Downtown and Midtown South. Additionally, he will be supporting Collier's agency practice.
“As part of our continued thoughtful expansion, we are looking to retain the foremost young talent in the field. Hubert is a perfect addition,” says Joseph Harbert, president of Colliers International's Eastern region.
Despite his young age, Wills has held executive roles at firms prior to his most recent position. Before making the move to DTZ, Wills served as associate at Cushman & Wakefield, where he negotiated and closed a variety of deals throughout Manhattan.
Wills began his career at real estate services and investment company, CBRE as a researcher; he then took on associate responsibilities. While there, Wills was awarded the company's Rising Star of the Year award for his high impact marketing strategies and sales campaigns that heighted the visibility of properties such as 414 W. 14th St., 14 Wall St. and 625 Ave. of the Americas.
