NEW YORK CITY—International real estate investment and development firm HAP Investments LLC has promoted Moran Sellam to the post of VP of development.
In her new position, Sellam will work with the company's construction, legal, and marketing departments to focus on completing HAP's existing portfolio, while also working with the finance and acquisition departments to identify new opportunities for future projects.
Sellam brings several years of experience as a lawyer to her position. She previously worked for HAP Israel as a licensed attorney in its legal department, specializing in real estate and corporate law. Her new post will have her working out of the company's New York City office.
“We are very pleased with Moran's contributions and dedication to the firm and are excited to promote her to vice president of development for HAP,” says Eran Polack, co-founder and CEO of HAP Investments. “Her experience in the legal profession will also play a key role in her future success.”
Moran has earned her LL.B. from the College of Law and Business in Ramat Gan, Israel. She has recently taken the New York State Bar exam to expand her ability and knowledge to practice law in New York State, the company states.
