FORT WORTH--Victory Real Estate Group, a commercial development and investment firm based in Dallas, has secured a 22-acre tract of land near Alliance Town Center in north Fort Worth, with the intention of building Victory at Alliance.

The development will include a big-box, junior-box, small shop and medical retailers, as well as pad sites. The project is slated for completion by the end of this year.

“Alliance Town Center is a major economic driver to the thriving city of Fort Worth and the surrounding areas,” Tony Ramji, CEO and president of Victory Real Estate Group, told GlobeSt.com. “Alliance presents unparalleled development opportunities and we are excited to announce our tenants later this year, which will include a 100,000 square foot retail, and potentially three junior box retailers, as well as a full-service hotel.”

Victory at Alliance will be located at the northwest corner of Interstate 35W and Heritage Trace Parkway, just west of Keller. Alliance Town Center is part of the 18,000-acre AllianceTexas development, anchored by Best Buy, JCPenney and Sam Moon.

Victory is scheduled to close on the acreage by mid-June. David Davidson Jr. and Edward Bogel of David and Bogel Real Estate, represented Victory Real Estate Group in the deal.
