IREM OC's 25th Southern California Real Estate Conference and Tradeshow
SCREC 2015 will provide a day of educational sessions on current topics and trends, and a showcase for the latest products and services. Emcee for the event will be John Combs, IREM OC past president and founder/principal of RiverRock Real Estate Group -- and creator of the Southern California Real Estate Conference. The keynote speaker will be celebrated author and host of CNN's "This is Life With Lisa Ling."
The day will start with an "Executive Think Tank" moderated by The Irvine Company's VP of Operations Holly McManus. The panel of industry luminaries will discuss the changing landscape of property management for retail, office, multifamily and industrial. Panelists include:
