WASHINGTON, DC—Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP has brought in an octet of attorneys from DLA Piper, who will work out of Stroock's New York City and Washington, DC offices. They're the latest in a wave of growth that has seen Stroock add 23 attorneys across all of its practice areas in the past six months.

Jeffrey R. Joining Keitelman, who was one of DLA Piper's leading real estate attorneys, is partner Kim Pagotto

Marc Hurel is joining Strrock's New York office as a partner. Hurel's practice includes all areas of real estate, including sales and acquisitions, leasing, development, financing and joint ventures in New York and throughout the US. In addition, of counsels Richard Cohn, Jonathan A. Cohen and Joseph F. Miller; special counsel Hala M. Sibay; and associate Kelly Booker will also join the firm.

“As we continue to expand the firm in strategic areas of growth, the addition of these three partners greatly enhances our market-leading national real estate practice group,” says Stuart Coleman, Stroock's co-managing partner. “Each partner has extensive experience and knowledge across their industry that will serve Stroock's clients well.”
