NEW YORK CITY—Sean Black, a former JLL managing director, has joined rival Cushman & Wakefield as an executive director in its Midtown office. He has more than 15 years of experience in office leasing, representing a mix of tenants in the media, technology and publishing sectors.

Some of Black's notable transactions include representing WEWORK in a total of 400,000 square feet in multiple locations in New York City and Washington, DC. He also represented NYC Office Suites at 1350 Ave. of the Americas for 74,000 sf, Cowork|rs in a total of 90,000 square feet in three New York City locations, Foursquare at 568 Broadway for 56,000 square feet, Business Insider at 150 Fifth Ave. for 40,000 square feet, and most recently, Ski*Hop's 18,000-square-foot expansion and lease restructuring at 50 West 23rd St.
