LOS ANGELES—The markets are looking frothy, according to Ken Perry, the president of The Swig Co., in this exclusive video interview. At the recent RealShare NATIONAL INVESTMENT & FINANCE conference, Perry stopped by to discuss the market from his perspective, saying that he is seeing the best opportunities in his own portfolio. We took the opportunity to chat about the firm's strategy and get some advice, discussing:
- How institutional partnerships play a role in the company's strategy

- The types of tenants the company likes and its interest in co-working spaces
Perry spoke on the Power Panel: View from the C-Suite panel at the conference, where he said that the amount of capital flowing is a little frightening and it is hard to make sense as an investor. His fellow panelists agreed that a change is looming.
