SAN ANTONIO—Kennedy Wilson has hired Dode Harvey as senior director of property management and leasing in the firm's San Antonio office, GlobeSt.com has learned EXCLUSIVELY. Among his responsibilities will be the recently awarded property management and leasing contract for Creekview Garden Offices in San Antonio, an assignment which he helped secure.
“San Antonio is one of the fastest growing cities in the country, and Dode's perspective will further enhance our expertise in the area,” says Ernest Brown, managing director of brokerage at Kennedy Wilson. “We have long been a full-service firm, but I am confident Dode will further expand the breadth and depth of our practices to meet our clients' needs as he has with the Creekview Garden Offices.”
Located at 8600 Wurzbach Rd. in the San Antonio medical district, the Creekview Garden complex adds to Kennedy Wilson's growing property management portfolio. Its 52,000 square feet of office space is leased to tenants providing services that range from medical to architectural to child development. Barbara Crane, senior director of brokerage at Kennedy Wilson, will lead the leasing efforts for the complex.
Before joining Beverly Hills, CA-based Kennedy Wilson, Harvey was president of Diamond T Ranch Development, leading the firm through all stages of major real estate projects, from negotiations to leasing and sales. The 30-year commercial real estate veteran has also held leadership positions at Don Harvey Cos. and the Weitzman Group, among others.
