PISCATAWAY, NJ—Centennial Industrial Park, a 12-building, 1.1 million square-foot campus located directly off Exit 7 on Route 287 is completely occupied for the first time in its history, says Murray Construction's senior vice president, Brian D. Fitzsimmons.

The park, owned by Murray Construction, became fully occupied thanks to recent deals with drug manufacturer Amneal Pharmaceuticals totaling 176,121 square feet at 21 and 41-49 Colonial Drive, and with Zimmer, an Indiana-based manufacturer of musculoskeletal technologies for 81,500 square feet at 1045 Centennial Avenue. Ron Ganter of Cresa represented Amneal, while Bill Brown, Andrew Siemsen and Jon Jessup of Cushman & Wakefield represented Zimmer.

Murray Construction also recently closed on the opportunistic sale of five non-core suburban office and medical-office assets located in Millburn, Piscataway and Branchburg.

“We have implemented a strategy that has taken advantage of the demand for well- located, quality office and medical product from user groups seeking to own their own properties from which to operate,” says Fitzsimons, senior vice president and director of real estate for Murray Construction. “These dispositions have enabled us to concentrate our resources on successfully stabilizing our existing industrial holdings and to broaden our sights on potential new industrial investment and development opportunities.”
