Additionally, tenants at Brickell City Tower will be connected to the Underline, the land below Miami's Metrorail which is now planned to be converted into a 10-mile linear park and urban trail.”
South Florida Business Journal took 6,373 square feet, representing the media company's entrance into the Miami market. Tere Blanca and Chase Monroe of JLL represented the South Florida Business Journal.
Lamex Agrifoods, one of the world's largest privately owned frozen and chilled food importers/exporters, renewed and expanded its current lease at the tower, and Inlingua Language School signed an expansion. Verizon extended its lease. Andres del Corral of Blanca represented Inlingua Language School. The Lamex Agrifoods and Verizon leases did not involve co-brokers.
