“Following an extensive space search, it was determined that the build-to-suit in Verdae with Holder Properties would provide CH2M the opportunity to create an open, collaborative, highly-efficient workplace that caters to their business needs,” says Monty Harris, the Savills Studley corporate managing director who advised CH2M. “Additionally, the suburban live-work-play environment is a great fit for CH2M's growing, dynamic workforce and provides Verdae a desirable professional services tenant.”
By relocating its existing upstate operations to the new build-to-suit facility, which is located at Bonaventure Circle off of Verdae Boulevard in CH2M looks to significantly grow its operations in the upstate. The new facility should help the company better meet growing customer demand.
“We look forward to establishing a state-of-the-art, next generation workplace within the Verdae Community with its many recreational amenities and nearby commercial districts,” says Kent E. Smith, CH2M regional vice president. A Verdae office gives CH2M easy access to Interstate 85, Interstate 385, and Downtown Greenville.
The new facility is being developed by Holder Properties. It will be completed by April 2016, with hiring for new positions anticipated to begin during the second quarter of 2016.
