LOS ANGELES—Andrea Cross has joined CBRE Group Inc. in the newly created role of head of office research for the Americas. With more than 10 years' experience in real estate market analysis and consulting, she will identify market trends impacting the office sector and interpret the economic and property markets for CBRE's clients in the US, Canada and Latin America.
Before joining CBRE, Cross was national office research manager for Colliers International. Prior to that, she was an SVP with Rosen Consulting Group. There, she managed a team of analysts in producing quarterly reports on the property markets, the economy and demographic trends.
“Andrea will work closely with me, as well as our agency & asset services and capital markets leadership, to provide insightful and timely analysis to aid our clients in making informed office leasing and investment decisions,” says Spencer Levy, Americas head of research at CBRE. Cross will report to Levy from CBRE's offices in San Francisco.
