RKF Promotes Nine in Leasing, Sales

NEW YORK CITY—RKF recently announced a spate of promotions within its ranks of leasing and sales brokers, including VP Beth Rosen, who is now an EVP, and Brandon Eisenman, promoted to VP from managing director. Both Rosen and Eisenman have been with the company for a decade or more.

Rosen has risen through the ranks at RKF since joining in 2001, representing both tenants and owners while developing new business. Among her accomplishments, she has helped make Madison Avenue north of 72nd Street a shopping destination with leases to retail tenants that include Vince, Rebecca Taylor, Lisa Perry, Zadig & Voltaire, Jack Vartanian, J.Crew Women's and Men's, Brooks Brothers and Brora.

Since joining RKF in 2005, Eisenman has distinguished himself in both leasing and sales, representing owners that include Extell Development Corp., SJP Properties, Solow Building Corp. and Glenwood Management. He helped transform the NoHo neighborhood in downtown Manhattan by securing leases with retailers such as Intermix at 332 Bowery, Billy Reid at 54 Bond St. and Completely Bare at 25 Bond St.

Ross Berkowitz and Jackie Totolo have both been promoted to managing director from senior director. Both joined RKF in 2007, with Berkowitz promoted to senior director in 2014.

Additionally, Alex Beard and Justin Fantasia have both been promoted to senior associate from associate, and Brandon Elias, Elizabeth Henry and Scott Zinovoy have all been promoted from canvasser to associate. “These individuals have all demonstrated a commitment to exceptional client service and leaving no stone unturned in obtaining and servicing new business for the firm,” says Robert K.
