ARLINGTON—Trammell Crow Co. has been appointed by the city of Arlington to serve as the master developer of an 18-plus acre site located at Interstate 30 and North Collins Street. The site has the ability to accommodate up to 1 million square feet of class A office space.
“We are excited to be working with the city of Arlington to develop this premier gateway site into Arlington overlooking the Texas Rangers ballpark and AT&T Dallas Cowboys Stadium,” says Denton Walker, senior managing director with Trammell Crow Co.'s Dallas-Fort Worth business unit. “We believe this is an incredible build-to-suit opportunity for a new corporate headquarters in one of the fastest growing cities in North Texas that is focused on attracting and expanding its corporate headquarter base.”
Trammell Crow Co. has appointed CBRE to market the site.
“You'd be a hard-pressed to find a more central location in the Metroplex, and the visibility on I-30 is second to none,” CBRE's Nanci Johnson-Plump told GlobeSt.com. “Combined with a short drive to D/FW International Airport and a highly-educated work force, this really is a dream site.”
