MIAMI—Kenneth Krasnow has left CBRE—and landed at Colliers. Meanwhile, CBRE has promoted four people on its commercial real estate talent roster.

Krasnow joined Colliers as executive managing director for South Florida. At Colliers, he continued strategic expansion of dedicated resources and services in South Florida. He most recently served as managing director at CBRE.

"Colliers is fully committed to ensuring we are offering best-in-class client service in this thriving region, and the addition of Ken as market leader furthers this goal," says Craig Robinson, president of Colliers US. "With almost 30 years of acclaimed experience in commercial real estate, Ken brings an exceptional level of on-the-ground market knowledge and is well positioned to support our firm in the South Florida market."

Krasnow previously oversaw operations in CBRE's South Florida offices, where he was responsible for over 460 employees, including 80 brokerage and capital markets professionals. During his tenure, he recruited over 39 sales professionals in South Florida. In 2014, his region executed over 975 lease and sales transactions with an aggregate value exceeding $2.9 billion.

Krasnow's industry honors include being named to "Top 50 Leaders in Commercial Real Estate" by Real Estate Weekly, "Top 40 Under 40" by Real Estate New York and "Next Great Leaders" by Real Estate Forum, among others.

"What drew me to this role is the enterprising, entrepreneurial culture of Colliers, as well as its reputation for being such a collaborative team of professionals," says Krasnow. "I'm excited to get started with the energetic brokers and staff in place in the market, and to partner again with Joe Harbert, as we worked together previously while at Cushman & Wakefield in New York."

On the other side of the table, CBRE named Dave Donnellan senior vice president. A Fort Lauderdale-based senior member of CBRE's Investment Properties group, Donnellan focuses on the sale of shopping centers and single-tenant net-leased investments in southeast Florida. He has represented many of the region's high-profile developers and private investor groups in the acquisition and disposition of their retail property assets.

Chris Wood has been named first vice president. Based in Fort Lauderdale, Wood provides real estate advisory and brokerage services to clients throughout the state.

A.J. Belt has been named senior associate. Based in Fort Lauderdale, Belt focuses on tenant representation services primarily in the downtown and east Fort Lauderdale office markets. Clarissa Willis was also named senior associate. Based in Miami, Willis is a former educator who specializes in serving the non-profit sector in Downtown Miami.
