AUSTIN--JLL is continuing to build its tenant representation presence in Austin with the addition of Andy Carlson as vice president.
Carlson has over nine years of experience to the group and will focus on providing office tenant representation and strategic planning services to corporate clients and technology companies.
“Andy is an established top producer in Austin and we look forward to adding his expertise and focused persistence to our seasoned team to further strengthen our position as a market leader,” says John Childers, senior vice president and tenant representation group leader in the Austin and San Antonio markets.
“I am very excited about the opportunity to join the JLL team,” Carlson told GlobeSt.com. “They are leaders in the Austin market and I look forward to being a strong contributor.”
Carlson comes to JLL from Cresa where he was a principal in the Austin Cresa office. Prior to joining Cresa, he was a leasing agent with Aspen Properties, a landlord with an office portfolio exceeding 2.6 million square feet. Throughout his career, he has negotiated over 170 transactions.
