HOUSTON—CBRE has won the exclusive leasing assignment for Wildwood Corporate Centre I, a newly completed 127,794-square-foot class A office building located at 460 Wildwood Forest Drive in The Woodlands.

Steve Rocher, Debbie Wilson and Jason Presley will lease the property on behalf of the landlord.

“This property is an excellent combination of location, efficiency and design,” Rocher told GlobeSt.com. “We anticipate a lot of interest on the tenant side as companies in Houston seek a quality project and highly competitive rates like this in the Woodlands area.”

The two-building campus, developed by Archway Properties, offers access to Interstate 45 and the Hardy Toll Road, efficient floor plates and a 100-percent glass curtain wall that maximizes outdoor views.

Wildwood Corporate Centre I was recently awarded an AIA 2015 Houston Design Award, which recognizes exceptional architecture in a Houston-area project. Additionally, naturally wooded grounds, a large water feature and a stand-alone fitness center make Wildwood Corporate Centre a prime business location.

Wildwood Corporate Centre is located just west of Interstate 45 and about one mile north of ExxonMobil Corp.'s new corporate campus.

There are currently two full floors available, totaling 43,000 square feet.

Rocher, Wilson and Presley are also the leasing team for Wildwood Corporate Centre II, which is currently under construction and has 205,000 square feet available for occupancy in June 2016.
