RESTON, VA—A new hospitality advisory and asset management company has opened its doors. Called 360 Capital Advisors, the firm's founders boast they have some 110 years of experience among them. The founders include Romy Bhojwani, principal and managing director, Tim Gohmann, managing director and Apo Demirtas, managing director.
"What sets 360 Capital Advisors apart from others is that our entire team comes from the ownership side of the business, giving us a unique perspective on the key drivers of risk and value in hotel investments," Bhojwani says in a prepared statement.
It will focus on pre-acquisition due diligence and valuation, negotiations, structuring transaction terms, capex planning and project management, asset management, recapitalization strategies and disposition strategies.
