DALLAS--Harwood International recently announced a new lease agreement for 25,267 square feet at Saint Ann Court with international law firm McDermott Will & Emery LLP.
Jihane A. Boury, vice president and director of leasing for Harwood International, negotiated the lease with Jim Graham of Colliers International. McDermott Will & Emery LLP moved from its Turtle Creek offices to HARWOOD Sept. 1.
“Their location is prime for walkability,” Boury told GlobeSt.com. “With Saint Ann Restaurant & Bar, Mercat Bistro, The Samurai Collection and the soon-to-be open Happiest Hour, they will have immediate access to arts and entertainment on the ground level.”
"When we were looking for space to relocate our offices from Turtle Creek to Uptown, we looked to Harwood International first," says David Guedry, partner-in-charge of McDermott's Dallas office. "The prime location in Dallas paired with its strong sense of community made it an easy decision for us."
Designed Los Angeles architecture firm Shimoda Design Group, the 26-story class AA office tower offers an extensive list of amenities. It is the sixth out of 18 phases in HARWOOD planned by Harwood International.
