BASKING RIDGE, NJ — Barnes & Noble College Booksellers and the law firm of Carroll McNulty & Kull have renewed and expanded the space covered by their long-term leases to a total of 130,306 square feet at 120 Mountainview Blvd. in Basking Ridge, NJ.
“Given the asset's strategic location along I-78 and its amenity package, 120 Mountainview continues to receive strong interest from new and existing tenants,” says Fred Arena, founder of Vision Properties. “We are experiencing increased leasing activity throughout our entire portfolio, and will have some substantial additional lease announcements soon.”
Barnes & Noble expanded its lease to 81,054 square feet and extended the lease term. Remy deVarenne of CBRE represented the tenant. Carroll McNulty & Kull expanded its lease to 49,252 square feet and also extended its lease term. Carroll McNulty & Kull was represented by Doug Gaffney of Lee and Associates. Vision Properties, owner of the property,was represented in house by Anthony Arena and Will Bertolero on both lease transactions.
