ARLINGTON, VA—Dominion Electric Supply Co. has acquired a former medical office building in Arlington, which it plans to retrofit into a building for its own administrative uses.
Christopher Kubler of NAI KLNB brokered the sale of the nearly 7700-square foot, two-story building, located at 5015 Lee Hwy. Albright Holdings was the seller.
A major reason Dominion bought the building was its adjacency to a showroom that Dominion owns. It sold for $2.85 million.
