HOUSTON—Cresa's Houston office is expanding its project management team. 

Michael Cropper recently joined the company as a principal and leader of the project management efforts of the firm. Cropper has 30-plus years of experience in project management,.

“I am very excited about the growth in project management that Cresa Houston is experiencing,” says Cropper. “We have had to expand our team based on current needs, including assisting in overseeing the development of one of the largest non-governmental projects in the world.”

Kevin Kramer joins Cresa Houston as a senior advisor. Kramer brings more than 10 years of project management and consulting experience to the Houston office. His area of expertise includes traditional and design build construction. As a project manager, Kramer has had the opportunity to manage all phases of multi-million-dollar construction projects. These management responsibilities include: estimating time and material costs, approving all expenditures and payroll, preparing and administering project budgets and schedules, and maintaining overall quality and cost control. Kevin has managed several different types of construction projects, ranging from high-rise multifamily to industrial and manufacturing facilities. His prior experience includes a testing facility expansion for Schulmberger; a six-story, 300,000-square-foot office building and 500,000-square-foot parking garage for Jacobs Engineering; and a 190,000-square-foot manufacturing/assembly building for Enerflex.

Laura Kleihege rounds out the team as an associate project manager, and she is actively involved in all aspects of the team. Her responsibilities include strategic planning, project team/vendor solicitation/evaluation, contract review and design coordination.
