HOUSTON--Cousins Properties has completed its multimillion dollar renovation at 3 Greenway Plaza, part of the 4.4 million-square-foot Greenway Plaza campus.
The completed renovations include a fully redone lobby and concourse levels, with marble tile and wood finishes, new lighting fixtures and modern furniture; commissioned art installations; and updated parking garage elevator banks.
In addition, Cousins is also working on a new, 12,000-square-foot fitness center and improvements to The Shops at Greenway Plaza, set to be completed in Q2 2016.
“The recent renovations that 3 Greenway Plaza has undergone over the past several months further solidifies the property as an undisputed class A building,” Bob Boykin, senior vice president at Cousins Properties, told GlobeSt.com. “The updated common areas and commissioned art pieces throughout have created an energetic, inspiring workplace, and by bringing the space up to state of the art modern office standards featuring the latest architectural and technological specifications, we anticipate even more interest and activity at the property.”
Greenway Plaza hasn't received a common-area upgrade since 1998, and following these renovations, the space looks like an entirely new building, say reps with the company.
