AUSTIN--Monogram Residential Trust Inc. has official opened SEVEN, a luxury class A multifamily community in the heart of downtown Austin.
Located on West 7th Street, the 24-story, 220-unit community developed in partnership with CWS Capital Partners LLC, is equipped with Nest thermostats and Google Fiber Optics, which will be fully integrated throughout the community in early 2016.

The smoke-free, Austin Energy Green Building offers electric car-charging stations and bike-repair services and storage space to encourage green living. Characteristic to Monogram's "tailored living" philosophy, SEVEN's amenities such as the expansive sun deck and infinity pool are coupled with concierge-style customer services such as valet dry-cleaning and complimentary Whole Foods delivery.
SEVEN's modern loft style units feature soaring 10, 14 and 22-foot ceilings, sleek finishes, full-sized washers and dryers and built-in computer work stations. Locally sourced works of art by Texans including Krista Jasper, Gabe Langoltz and Judy Paul adorn the corridors throughout the community.

Equity for SEVEN was provided by Monogram and Monogram Residential Master Partnership I LP, a joint venture between Monogram and PGGM Private Real Estate Fund, a real estate investment vehicle for Dutch pension funds.
