Ingerman Awarded Affordable Housing Credits in Six NJ Counties

COLLINGSWOOD, NJ—Ingerman, a developer, builder and manager of multifamily apartment communities, says it has received tax credits to advance six affordable housing projects in Middlesex, Union, Burlington, Hunterdon and Essex Counties.

Two of the six developments for which Ingerman received funding are located in Woodbridge Township, Middlesex County; one project will consist of affordable family housing, the other affordable senior housing. Ingerman also will develop affordable family apartments in Rahway, Union County and in Westhampton Township, Burlington County.

Ingerman also secured funding for two affordable family rental communities in Flemington, Hunterdon County, and in Newark, Essex County. These projects will bring new housing to growing regions of New Jersey where affordable rentals are in high demand.
