LOS ANGELES—Allen Matkins kicked off the season with its annual holiday party at the California Club in Downtown Los Angeles. A guest list of commercial real estate power players—from brokers and lenders to developers, investors and property managers—filled the decked hall, while passed hors d'oeuvres and champagne circled the room. At the top of the more than 1,000-person guest list was Allen Matkins' own leaders including partners Mike Matkins, Frederick Allen, Tony Natsis and David Osias.
