Airport West Office Building Hit's 98% Mark

MIAMI—Flagler West Corporate Park, a 126,000-sqauare-foot office complex in Miami, is almost completely full. JLL raised to occupancy to 98% over the past 12 months.

JLL vice president Jorge Morales spearheads the leasing efforts on behalf of the property's owner, Flagler West Corporate Center. The asset is located at 8700 West Flagler Street.

HNTB Corporation, Ocean Bank, CVS Pharmacy, Panda Express and the Department of Education are among the highest-profile tenants in the building. Flagler West Corporate Park has a retail strip on site with retail tenants such as Chicken Kitchen, Sprint and Sir Pizza.
