MIAMI—Bob Schneiderman has come on board Colliers International South Florida as an executive vice president of Occupier Services. Schneiderman most recently served as the executive managing director of Cushman & Wakefield's South Florida operations.

"His experience in working with corporate users and local tenants as well as his overall knowledge of the occupier business will be of tremendous value to us as we continue to build our team and provide our clients with a superior level of service."

Schneiderman has completed more than 2.25 million square feet of leases valued in excess of $750 million in his career, along with sales valued at over $115 million. His experience includes tenant representation, corporate advisory services, renewal representation, build-to-suit, financial and market analysis, acquisition and disposition of real estate, project leasing and real estate consulting.

Schneiderman's recent closed transactions include Cell Science Systems Corp.'s expansion and restructuring of its 47,000-square-foot headquarters in Deerfield Beach, FL, and Comcast's 40,000-square-foot lease in Fort Myers, FL. He has also completed numerous other transactions for clients such as Nightingale Nurses, Humana, Charles Schwab & Co. Inc. and G4S Secure Solutions (USA).

Schneiderman previously served as the executive vice president and managing director for DTZ's South Florida offices. Before that, he was a principal at NAI Merin Hunter Codman, where he served as the Southeast Chair of the NAI Office Council.
