PORTLAND—A private investor has purchased the Village at Main Street, a 464-unit apartment community located in Wilsonville, OR. The sales price was $95 million.

Marathon Management Inc. was the seller of the property. Affinity Property Management will manage the luxury community.

The Village at Main Street is located off Interstate 5, near Wilsonville Road and Town Center Loop West.

The property was built in two phases, in 1998 and 2007. Each phase has 232 apartments with spacious floor plans, a variety of unit types, vaulted ceilings, in-unit washers/dryers, fireplaces, and patios or balconies. The tenants also enjoy an expansive amenity package, including a lounge, theater, business center, and resort-style pool adjacent to the property's leasing center.
